WARRANTY & REPAIRS

At Bagacy, we strive to craft some of the best backpacks in the world. If anything ever goes wrong, we know we’ve let you down—and we want to make it right. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@bagacy.com with clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

  2. Assessment
    Our team will review your submission and, if it’s a covered defect, arrange a repair at no charge.

  3. Local Repairs (Optional)
    If you prefer, you may take your bag to a local repair shop. We’ll cover the repair cost—just get approval first by emailing us.

  4. Shipping
    If you send the bag to us:

    • You arrange and pay for shipping.

    • Use a tracked service; we can’t reimburse postage or take responsibility for lost packages.


If We Can’t Repair

  • Replacement: We’ll send you a new Bagacy of equal value.

  • Store Credit: You’ll receive credit for the value of the unrepaired bag.


What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Damage incurred during transit to you

What’s NOT Covered

  • Damage after delivery (e.g., cuts, slashes, stains)

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading)

  • Intentional damage by the user
